Finding the right virtual assistant matters, but the quality of the match is only part of the story. What happens after the person starts will usually have just as much influence on whether the arrangement becomes useful long-term support or another frustrating experiment in delegation. A new VA needs more than a login and a […]

Based on your answers
You've used a freelancer marketplace
Then you already know where the effort lands: you screen the profiles, you write the training, you manage the work, and you start again if they leave. The tasks get done; the management never leaves your desk. A managed engagement moves that part to us.
You've used a recruitment agency
An agency's job finishes on the start date. Ours starts there. Onboarding, coaching against a written brief and cover when things change are the parts a placement fee doesn't buy — and a replacement usually means paying it again.
You've tried a local part-time hire
Usually it's not the person, it's the maths: not enough hours to justify the cost, and reception or the office manager absorbs the overflow anyway. A scoped role gives you the hours you actually need without the local overhead.
This would be your first time
Most of our clients hadn't used a VA before either. You don't need a tidy list or a process manual — we write the role brief with you, and you approve it before anyone starts.
What Linkora handles
We propose a VA from our own team whose experience fits your brief. You meet them before anything is signed, and if the fit isn't right we keep looking. No placement fee either way.
Access, tools, security basics and written expectations, structured across the first four to six weeks with Linkora running it — not improvised by you in the gaps.
You set the priorities and make the decisions; your VA owns the agreed tasks. Regular check-ins and coaching sit with us, so you're not running the arrangement alone.
Cover is arranged with you before anything changes, and if the fit stops working we propose a replacement from our team and manage the handover.
You'll have an indicative price within two business days, and typically two to four weeks from here to a first day.
That's comfortable — scoping and matching usually take two to four weeks, so there's room to get the brief right.
No commitment needed. An indicative price and a draft role brief are useful even if the answer turns out to be later.
Admin support only. Clinical judgement, and tax, BAS and legal advice, stay with your practitioners and advisers.
