For security consultancies and MSSPs

The scarcest people in the country are formatting reports

Linkora Talent gives Australian security firms a managed VA for the business administration around the work — proposals, report production, evidence chasing and scheduling — with no access to client environments, security tooling or privileged credentials.

01 — The problem

The admin around security work is enormous, and none of it is billable

You are not short of demand. You are short of the hours your consultants spend not consulting.

“My testers spend Friday formatting reports.”

The finding took an hour. The document took four, at a consultant’s rate.

“Half of an audit is chasing people for evidence.”

It’s a scheduling and follow-up problem wearing a compliance costume.

“We lose bids because the proposal went out late.”

Not because it was worse. Because everyone capable of writing it was on an engagement.

02 — What you'd hand over

The unbillable work, off your consultants

Everything here sits outside the security work itself. Nothing on this list touches a client system.

04 — What managed means

Managed is a word every agency uses.
Here is ours, in four lines.

A marketplace hands you a profile. A recruiter hands you a candidate. Both stop at the start date. This is what we keep doing after it.

We define the role, not just fill it

Before anyone is proposed, the role is written down with you: the tasks, the hours, the systems, the handover points and what good looks like in the first month.

We match from our own team

You are not sent a shortlist to sift. We propose someone we employ and already know, and you meet them before anything is signed.

We run the onboarding

Four to six weeks of structured onboarding against your systems and your protocols, with check-ins scheduled rather than hoped for, so the role beds in instead of drifting.

We stay accountable after the start date

One named person at Linkora owns the engagement for as long as it runs. If something isn’t working, sorting it out is our job rather than another thing on your list.

05 — How it works

Four steps, and an approval point at every one

Nothing happens without you agreeing to it first. There is nothing to sign to get a price.

1

Tell us what's eating your week

A short form, about two minutes. Tick the tasks that keep landing on you. No call needed to get started.

2

We scope the role and price it

Within two business days you get a written role outline and an indicative price for a role like yours. Nothing to sign, no placement fee.

3

Meet your match

We propose someone from our own team, with the reasons we picked them. You meet them, and you decide.

4

We onboard, and we stay

Four to six weeks of structured onboarding, then ongoing check-ins and a named contact for as long as the role runs.

06 — Where the line sits

What a Linkora VA will never touch

In this sector the scope line is the product. It does not move for a given engagement, a deadline or a favour, and we would rather lose the work than blur it.

Client environments

No access to any client system, network, tenant or dataset. Not read-only, not supervised, not temporarily.

Security tooling

No scanner, no SIEM, no EDR console, no testing platform. They do not hold a seat and do not need one.

Privileged credentials

No admin accounts, no key material, no secrets manager, no jump host. Business systems only, at least privilege.

Findings and analysis

They produce the document. They do not write, interpret, triage or rate a finding, and they do not change one.

Incident response

No part in live IR, no on-call, and nothing with a breach SLA attached to it.

Detail they don't need

Where your process allows it, report production runs on the material required for the task and no more.

07 — Questions

The questions your clients will ask you

That your VA is a named, employed member of an administrative team who has no access to client environments, security tooling or privileged credentials; works only inside your own business systems at least privilege; is under a confidentiality agreement; and has access revoked on the last day of the engagement. We’ll put that in writing for you to pass on.

With the administration of it — chasing evidence, tracking due dates, maintaining the register, formatting the artefacts. Not the assessment, not the control design, and not the sign-off.

The Philippines, employed by Linkora. If you have a data residency or onshore requirement in a client contract, tell us before we scope — it may rule the role out, and we’d rather say so on day one than after you’ve signed.

Only if the role genuinely requires it, and then to a scoped role rather than a broad one. The default is the smallest permission set that lets the task happen.

Access removal is our job and it happens on the last day. We confirm it to you in writing so you have an artefact for your own register.

No. Anything that involves judgement about a finding stays with your consultants. What they take is everything around it — the template, the tables, the version control, the chasing and the delivery.
